  Our goal in fighting food poverty is to make it possible for families who are in need of food to gather what they need to survive. Every Wednesday, we appear in the poorest parts of Washington, DC, and allow our residents to shop. Through our partnership with Whole Foods, we are able to provide residents who wish to go shopping with a variety of food and household items. We typically don't have item limits, letting our residents take their time selecting essential items for their homes.

  In addition to our Wednesday's, we also provide hot and cold meals to various shelters,community tables and recreation centers. Food is distributed weekly from Papa Johns,Chick-fil-A, INsomnia Cookies,WaWa and other establishments.
